The Almondvale Suite at Livingston Football Club is our stunning flagship venue. Thanks to our versatile styling and moveable doors and walls, it can accommodate up to 250 people depending on the event and set-up. Ideal for weddings, parties, conferencing or fundraisers. We can work with you to bring your theme to life with the highest standard of service and catering to match.

The venue features state-of-the-art sound, light and media solutions and a fully stocked, permanent bar.

Within the Suite, we will also host bespoke funeral services providing packages to make the complex process easier on you and your family.

 

Corporate Events

Due to the large capacity, The Almondvale Suite is ideal for large corporate events, including conferences, training days, presentations, meetings, annual parties and more. We can brand the suite with your logo and provide everything you need for presentations with our state-of-the-art media solutions. We can also cater for day delegates with tea, coffee, working lunch and afternoon tea or refreshments.

Private Events

Whatever life event you celebrate, we can provide everything you need for a memorable occasion, including security, welcome messages, late licence, lighting, and music. In addition, we can host up to 250 people in our events suite, with a bespoke food and drink menu to help you to celebrate in style. Options include a hot and cold buffet, street food buffet, canapes, or a sit-down 3-course meal.

Weddings

Your wedding day is one of the most important days of your life, so the day must run smoothly, leaving nothing but happy memories. The Almondvale Suite is the perfect location for your big day; whether you’re looking for a small intimate ceremony or a large celebration, we can provide a bespoke package with every element needed to make your dream wedding come to life.

The suite is available for the whole day – including your ceremony, wedding breakfast, reception, and evening event. Alternatively, you can have your event at an alternative occasion with the reception and evening event at the venue. Our award-winning service includes your very own Personal Wedding Planner who will help you with the finer details to ensure your day is just how you envisioned it.
