We have access to some stunning, exclusive wedding and event venues in West Lothian, Edinburgh and the surrounding areas, including our flagship venues at the Almondvale Suite of Livingston Football Club and ‘The Clubhouse’ at Bathgate Golf Club.
Our Flagship Venues
We run two flagship venues that helped shape our offering to our clients: ‘The Almondvale Suite’ at Livingston Football Club and in 2020 we took over the restaurant and bar at ‘The Clubhouse’ at Bathgate Golf Course. From these two exceptional venues, we provide various event and catering options, from day delegate conferencing to annual Christmas parties
Other Venues
Our main headquarters is The Almondvale Suite in Livingston Football Club. However, we have built excellent relationships with various venues in the Central Belt of Scotland. We can work at any venue that allows for outside catering, so talk to us if you have some ideas about venues. We use the following venues regularly:
Duntarvie Castle, Broxburn
Ideal for: Wedding ceremonies & receptions, parties, corporate dinners, awards ceremonies, conferences, and civil ceremonies.
Duntarvie Castle is an 8.50 Acre Event Space nestled in the countryside of West Lothian. The space is a completely versatile blank canvas which allows clients to have the freedom to completely transform the venue into a completely unique events space whether that be for a Wedding or Corporate Event.
The Barn at Harburn, Harburn
Ideal for: Wedding ceremonies & receptions, parties, corporate dinners, awards ceremonies, and civil ceremonies.
The Barn at Harburn is a historic, unique wedding and events venue set in the heart of Harburn Estate in West Lothian. The Barn itself isn’t a run-of-the-mill venue. Set within a traditional farm steading, the venue comprises a roundhouse and granary that have been gracefully renovated to provide the ultimate entertaining space.
Kirknewton House Stables, Kirknewton
Ideal for: Wedding ceremonies & receptions, parties, corporate dinners, awards ceremonies, and civil ceremonies.
Located within the grounds of the Kirknewton House, the Kirknewton House Stables is a beautifully intimate venue, perfect for weddings and private dinners. Whether in summer or winter, this atmospheric venue puts the magic into your event.
Kinkell Byer, St Andrews

Kinkell Byre is a stunning venue located in the heart of the Scottish countryside, perfect for a variety of events including weddings, parties, corporate dinners, awards ceremonies, conferences, and civil ceremonies.
